Meet the artist

Aloha! I’m Kaila Wai Ola Pono Razonable, a Native Hawaiian artist based on the beautiful island of Maui, Hawai’i. My art is heavily inspired by my home, my culture, and self exploration. Expressed through various mediums including digital art, oil painting, and acrylic painting, my art is a means to translate my inner world on to canvas.

I have always been a creative, but my artistic journey truly began during my first art class in high school under the guidance of artist & teacher, Heidi Buscher. I was also fortunate to learn from the talented Kanaka Maoli artist Haley Ka’iliehu, who taught me how to connect with my Hawaiian heritage through art.
